Feijoada

We cooked various types of Chizimi.
“Baking Chizimi sounds like rain.  Let’s drink Makori with Chizimi　on rainy days.”

Many Brazilian people gathered in the Daiichi elementary school and were chattering while enjoying Feijoada this year too.

We held counseling sessions for problems.  
There were many consultations covering topics such as, education of children, or life issues.

Japanese class party

Ms. Kazuko Yasoyama who is bamboo painter lectured.

Japanese traditional Calligraphy was taught.

Foreigners and their families had a good time.

She talked about how she uses bamboo, and her success with exhibitions in foreign countries.

Home visit of American junior high school students  (People to People)

The students and teachers who were from Pennsylvania visited families in Komatsu.
